Subscription Terms & Conditions
Subscription Plans
Should you choose to subscribe to a product subscription plan, the subscription plan consists of an initial charge followed by recurring charges at the frequency agreed to by you. All subscription plans ship on a 30-day replenishment cycle by default, regardless of the product, package, or bundle selected.
Note: Some subscriptions, including promotional plans, require a 3-month minimum commitment. You may cancel any time after your third billing cycle.
A subscription will only be activated if the subscription option is selected on the product page. For some products, this option may be pre-selected by default, and for certain products, subscription may be the only purchase method available. You may switch to a one-time purchase whenever the option is provided before adding the product to cart.
Leaving the subscription option selected on the product page constitutes acceptance of the subscription terms.
By entering into a subscription plan, you acknowledge that your subscription has recurring payments and that you accept responsibility for all charges until you cancel.
Any free gifts or promotional items associated with a subscription are only provided on your first subscription order and do not apply to future recurring orders.
Subscription Payments
We shall charge you periodically without further authorization from you, until you proactively opt out of auto-renewal via the subscription portal, by using the Cancel Subscription button.
The initial payment for your subscription will be taken at checkout. Subsequent payments will recur every 30 days, based on the date of your initial subscription order.
If your payment declines, your subscription order will not be shipped. Once the payment is successfully made, your subscription will continue.
Any promotional free gifts included in your subscription are only applied to your first order and will not be repeated.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription portal. Any cancellation request will take effect after the next upcoming delivery. For example, if you cancel on the 15th and your next delivery is on the 17th, you will still receive the delivery on the 17th, after which your subscription will terminate.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If your subscription order is unavailable for a given cycle, we may cancel that month's order and you will not be charged.
Amending or Pausing Your Order
You may delay, cancel, or skip a subscription order provided notice is given at least 5 days before your next billing date. You may also pause your subscription at any time for an indefinite duration.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers may apply to subscription purchases, including subscribe-and-save discounts. Special offers do not stack with subscribe-and-save discounts unless related to a spend threshold.
Any special offers, discounts, or free gifts apply only to your first subscription order. All subsequent subscription orders are charged at the standard subscription price without discounts or free gifts.
Shipping Subscription Products
The delivery option chosen for your first subscription order will apply to all subsequent subscription deliveries. If your initial order qualifies for promotional next-day delivery, all recurring shipments will default to standard delivery.
Changing Your Subscription Products
You may change the product or variant associated with your subscription at any time through the customer portal. If you require assistance, our customer support team can adjust your subscription for you.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, not to renew your subscription at any time without providing a reason.
Subscription Rewards Programme – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the EB Rituals Subscription Rewards Programme ("Programme"), available to customers who subscribe to EB Rituals products through ebrituals.com. By participating in the Programme, you agree to the Terms outlined below.
1. Programme Eligibility
- The Programme is available to customers with an active product subscription purchased via ebrituals.com.
- Rewards are issued per product subscription. Subscribing to multiple products (even within the same order) creates multiple reward tracks.
- Pausing a subscription does not reset or remove reward progress.
- EB Rituals may disqualify customers suspected of abusing or manipulating the Programme (e.g., repeatedly cancelling and re-subscribing).
- First-order subscription gifts are only provided once per product subscription and cannot be re-earned by re-subscribing.
3. Gift Shipping & Availability
- Rewards ship alongside the qualifying subscription shipment.
- If a reward item is out of stock, EB Rituals may substitute an item of equal or greater value or issue store credit.
- Missing gifts must be reported to hello@ebrituals.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Delivery delays or courier issues are not the responsibility of EB Rituals.
- First-order gifts will not be reissued or included in subsequent subscription shipments.
4. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
- Customers may receive one free gift per product subscription per order.
- Attempts to re-trigger first-order gifts through repeated cancellations and re-subscriptions may result in disqualification.
- EB Rituals may withhold rewards or cancel subscriptions where abuse is suspected.
5. Programme Changes
EB Rituals reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Programme at any time. Reward items and availability may change without notice and are subject to stock levels.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
